As a former Associate Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Partner with Staley Okada, Leif gained invaluable knowledge in the area of corporate records, financial reporting, cash flow management, and due diligence analysis. Other areas of Leif’s expertise include foreign exchange, and working with owner managed businesses, junior resource public companies, and not for profit enterprises.
